Front-end Engineer with a combination of exceptional taste and technical rigor

Hey! We are building a new team from scratch, and a looking for a Frontend wizard to shape and launch a cutting-edge solution with the potential to change an industry. It is a B2B SaaS solution and is a real hair on fire problem for millions of people worldwide.

The team is being set up as we speak and will be based in own offices in central Oslo, Norway. The company behind is rock solid, with ability and desire to support rapid growth as soon as we are ready to take off. Our ambition is to launch in Norway before we expand to new markets.

You will be an integral part of the founding team, and your work will be pivotal in creating new a breed of product.

As you are one of the first persons onboard, we are looking for a self-starter, passionate about applying the latest advancements in AI to create an outstanding product which customers would love.

In this role, you will:

• Build smooth, stable, and user-friendly frontend solutions
• Work in collaboratively with a fast-paced, cross-functional team developing and evolving the product end-to-end
• Prototype and deploy systems that harness cutting-edge LLMs from various providers, including the integration of agentic workflows.
• Build a culture and establish a way of working together with genuine and outstanding people

You will not be:

• Being told what to do
• Dragged into meaningless meetings where nothing is being done or decided
• Doing incremental improvements on an existing software

Your background looks something like:

• Has at least 5 years of experience in software engineering, with a focus on front-end development.
• Has a collaborative mindset and is open to feedback and iterative processes.
• Has a sense for great user experience and feel when something is off.
• Has a strong understanding of software architecture
• Familiar with LLMs and agentic workflows, RAG, semantic search, vector stores, embeddings
• Have built something with new AI-powered tools like v0, Bolt, Replit, Lovable, Cursor or other AI-tools
