About the Role

We are looking for two Senior Project Managers to lead and support the planning, execution, and delivery of key streams within a large-scale financial infrastructure initiative at a top-tier global bank. This is a fully remote contractor engagement requiring availability during EST working hours.

Streams

The selected PMs will be assigned to one of the following workstreams:

• PSI DB Segregation of Applications – Lead the planning and delivery of database and application segregation efforts, ensuring alignment with architecture standards, governance requirements, and business continuity.
• BI Reporting Solution Alignment – Oversee the realignment of BI and reporting solutions to ensure consistency and compliance following infrastructure changes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the initiative end-to-end, ensuring alignment with architecture, business/IT requirements, budget, and governance standards
• Manage project scope, timeline, risks, dependencies, and issue resolution
• Drive stakeholder communication across senior executives, technology teams, operations, and external vendors
• Deliver using Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and risk management requirements
• Produce executive-level reporting and provide visibility to senior leadership

Must-Have Requirements

• Proven experience leading cross-functional technology projects in investment banking, capital markets, or financial services
• Strong understanding of regulatory and risk management requirements
• Excellent stakeholder management across senior executives, technology teams, and external vendors
• Strong project delivery expertise: budget management, timeline tracking, dependency management, issue resolution
• Experience with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies
• Fully fluent English

Nice-to-Have

• Familiarity with capital markets platforms, post-trade processing systems, or data governance programs
• Experience with digital transformation programs in banking environments
• Analytical mindset with ability to interpret financial data and create executive-level reporting
• Exposure to BI/reporting tools and infrastructure
