Overview
We are looking for an experienced Infrastructure Subject Matter Expert (SME) to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of infrastructure initiatives under the BoW2026 program. This role will be responsible for driving multiple infrastructure-related projects while coordinating with a wide range of stakeholders across the CIB New York office.
The ideal candidate combines strong technical infrastructure knowledge, project management expertise, and excellent communication skills to successfully deliver complex initiatives in a highly regulated enterprise environment.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of infrastructure project
within the BoW2026 scope.-
Manage infrastructure initiatives related to:

Disaster Recovery (DR)
-
Infrastructure obsolescence
-
Hardening and security improvements
-
Monitoring solutions
-
Vulnerability management, patching, and remediation
- Coordinate and collaborate with multiple departments and stakeholders across the CIB NY office.
- Prepare and maintain project plans, from high-level milestones to detailed technical activities.
- Estimate effort, duration, dependencies, and required skill sets for each project activity.
- Proactively identify project risks, define mitigation strategies, and implement workarounds when needed.
- Track progress, manage priorities, and ensure timely delivery across multiple concurrent initiatives.
- Ensure alignment with enterprise processes, standards, and governance frameworks.
- Communicate project status, risks, and dependencies clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.

Proven experience managing infrastructure projects, including:

- Strong technical background (e.g., Systems Engineer, Infrastructure Engineer, IT Operations).

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills, with the ability to interact effectively across multiple departments and seniority levels.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, enterprise environment with competing priorities.
