Job Purpose:

We are seeking an IAM/PAM Analyst to optimize and automate the User Life Cycle (Joiner, Mover, Leaver), support application rollouts, and ensure secure and efficient access management across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify opportunities to automate user lifecycle processes and evaluate new IAM/PAM tools.

  • Drive implementation of technologies that add value to the organization.
  • Support onboarding and rollout of new applications in partnership with BA, Dev, and Prod Support teams.
  • Collaborate with tech leads for integrated end-to-end design and delivery.
  • Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve IAM/PAM-related incidents and support tickets.
  • Provide operational support for change and incident management processes.
  • Coordinate Quarterly Access Certifications via SailPoint.

  • Support audits by providing documentation, logs, or reporting as required.
  • Handle user provisioning requests via ServiceNow and SailPoint.

  • Work closely with IT, HR, and other departments to align IAM/PAM processes with organizational needs.

Must-Have Skills / Experience:

  • Hands-on experience with IAM/PAM tools, preferably SailPoint.

  • Knowledge of user lifecycle management (Joiner, Mover, Leaver).

  • Experience with incident and change management processes.

  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to IAM/PAM.

  • Strong collaboration skills across IT, HR, and business teams.

Nice-to-Have:

  • Experience in evaluating and implementing automation tools for IAM/PAM.

  • Familiarity with ServiceNow for user provisioning.

  • Exposure to audit support and compliance documentation.

  • Experience or knowledge in banking environments is a plus.
