#25 - NYB - PM PPT Projects (Fixed Income & Rates)

Responsibilities

Project manager for PPT projects (Fixed Income & Rates), with activities including creation of project artifacts, coordination of gates and governance, and preparation of status reporting for stakeholders and CIB senior management.

• Strong Project Management skills: Proven ability to lead projects end-to-end, ensuring delivery on time, within scope and budget.
• High level of autonomy: Ability to work independently, take ownership, and proactively drive initiatives with minimal supervision.
• Stakeholder coordination: Experience managing and aligning multiple stakeholders (business, IT, vendors, senior management), ensuring clear roles and expectations.
• Risk management: Capability to identify, assess, escalate and mitigate risks effectively throughout the project lifecycle.
• Excellent communication skills: Clear and structured communication (both written and verbal), with the ability to tailor messages to different audiences.
• Project management experience in Capital Markets / financial services.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
• Change Management experience.
