Role overview
We are seeking a Consultant with strong experience in data management, data governance, private banking operations, and AI-GenAI implementation to support strategic and execution initiatives for a leading international private banking. The role sits at the intersection of business, data, and operations, contributing to the definition and delivery of data-driven solutions and to the control of GenAI deployment.
Key responsibilities
- Support data management and data governance initiatives, including data quality, ownership, lineage, and controls.
- Contribute to data product definition, translating private banking business needs into clear data requirements and use cases.
- Work closely with business and operations teams to improve front-to-back private banking processes.
- Assist in the delivery of regulatory, reporting, and operational efficiency initiatives leveraging data.
- Assist in GenAI-Agents implementation
- Prepare structured analyses, documentation, and senior-ready materials.
Required profile
- 4–6 years of experience in consulting, financial services, or private banking environments.
- Hands-on exposure to private banking operations (client onboarding, servicing, reporting, risk/compliance interfaces).
- Solid understanding of data management and governance frameworks.
- Experience working on or with data products, analytics, or data platforms.
- Strong analytical skills, structured thinking, and excellent communication abilities.
- Fluency in English, French, and Spanish is a strong plus.
Academic Background
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Engineering, Information Systems, Data Science, or a related field.
- A strong academic foundation in data, analytics, operations, or information management is highly desirable.
- Relevant postgraduate coursework or certifications in data management, data governance, analytics, or financial services are a plus.
