#30 - Security Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a ServiceNow Integration specialist to support a strategic initiative connecting our vulnerability scanning platform with ServiceNow. You will design, develop, and validate a technical solution that automates the full lifecycle of vulnerability remediation — converting detected vulnerabilities into actionable, trackable SNOW tickets, enabling better remediation, SLA tracking, and reporting. You will work closely with cybersecurity, IT operations, and ServiceNow platform teams.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement the integration between the vulnerability scanning platform and ServiceNow SecOps.
• Configure and manage ServiceNow Vulnerability Response for accurate ticket generation and lifecycle tracking.
• Develop and maintain ServiceNow workflows that automate remediation assignment, escalation, and SLA enforcement.
• Validate technical solutions through testing and QA in collaboration with cybersecurity and IT ops teams.
• Support reporting and dashboarding for vulnerability remediation metrics and compliance tracking.

Required skills

• 5+ years of experience in IT, cybersecurity, or IT infrastructure
• ServiceNow SecOps — hands-on management experience
• ServiceNow Vulnerability Response — module knowledge required
• ServiceNow Workflows — design, build & manage
• Vulnerability management — end-to-end lifecycle knowledge
• Background in network security, cybersecurity, or IT infrastructure
