Job Overview:

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Executive to join our team on the night shift. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with our clients, ensuring their needs are met and their expectations are exceeded. You will work closely with our internal teams to develop and execute strategic marketing plans and campaigns that align with our clients' objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Act as the main point of contact for assigned clients, building and maintaining strong relationships

- Understand clients' business goals and develop strategic marketing plans to help them achieve their objectives

- Collaborate with internal teams to develop creative and effective marketing campaigns

- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing regular updates and recommendations to clients

- Identify opportunities for account growth and proactively upsell additional services to clients

- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to provide valuable insights and recommendations to clients

- Attend client meetings and presentations, effectively communicating campaign progress and results

- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of all client projects and deliverables

- Proactively address any client concerns or issues and provide solutions to maintain client satisfaction

- Maintain accurate records of all client communications and activities in our CRM system

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field

- 2-3 years of experience in account management or a similar role in the marketing/advertising industry

- Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and techniques

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously

- Proven track record of successfully managing client relationships and delivering results

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software

- Fluent in English, both written and verbal

- Willingness to work night shifts (6pm-3am) to support our clients in different time zones
