Job Description:

As a Recruiter at Manatal, you will play a crucial role in helping our clients find the right candidates for their open positions. You will work closely with our sales and customer success teams to understand our clients' hiring needs and provide them with top-quality candidates.

Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with the sales team to understand client requirements and develop recruitment strategies

- Source and screen potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and referrals

- Conduct initial interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit

- Build and maintain a strong network of potential candidates for current and future job openings

- Communicate with clients to provide updates on the recruitment process and candidate profiles

- Coordinate and schedule interviews between clients and candidates

- Provide feedback and recommendations to clients on candidate profiles

- Assist with the negotiation and offer process between clients and candidates

- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment to continuously improve our processes and services

- Utilize our recruitment software to track and manage candidate profiles and the recruitment process

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

- 2+ years of experience in recruitment, preferably in an agency or fast-paced environment

- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates

- Proven experience in sourcing and screening candidates through various channels

- Familiarity with recruitment software and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

- Strong organizational and time-management skills

- High level of professionalism and confidentiality
