The Head of Nursing will be responsible for leading the nursing team and providing clinical and administrative oversight. The successful candidate will be a self-starter with a passion for nursing and a commitment to quality patient care. Duties and Responsibilities: • Lead and manage the nursing team, providing direction, guidance, and support • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure quality patient care • Monitor and evaluate the quality of patient care and patient outcomes • Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations • Participate in budget preparation and management • Supervise and evaluate nursing staff performance • Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, such as hospitals and other healthcare organizations • Collaborate with other departments to ensure the highest quality of patient care • Participate in professional development activities to stay abreast of current trends and best practices Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or related field • Current nursing license in the state of Washington • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a nursing leadership role • Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills • Ability to work collaboratively and effectively with diverse groups • Demonstrated commitment to quality patient care • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
