Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage a team of recruiters to achieve recruitment targets and objectives

- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent for our clients

- Utilize various sourcing techniques to identify and engage with potential candidates

- Conduct interviews and assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit

- Provide guidance and support to team members on recruitment best practices and processes

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates

- Collaborate with the sales team to understand client needs and develop customized recruitment solutions

- Stay updated on industry trends and market intelligence to inform recruitment strategies

- Prepare and present recruitment reports to management on a regular basis

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment, with at least 2 years in a leadership role

- Proven track record of success in meeting recruitment targets and managing a team

- Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and techniques

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
