Job Overview

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-oriented B2B Sales Specialist to join our growing sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and consistently achieving sales targets. Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and other lead generation activities

  • Build, manage, and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients

  • Understand client needs and propose customized marketing solutions aligned with their business goals

  • Conduct product demonstrations and sales presentations for potential clients

  • Negotiate contracts and successfully close sales deals

  • Collaborate closely with the marketing team to align sales strategies and campaigns

  • Monitor industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities

  • Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs

  • Prepare and submit regular sales activity and performance reports to the Sales Manager

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field

  • Minimum of 3 years experience in B2B sales, preferably within the marketing or advertising industry

  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities

  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems

  • Fluency in both English and Thai
