Responsibilities:
Oversee the end-to-end deployment and optimization of marketing campaigns across a wide network of platforms. You will ensure accurate operation management, seamless delivery, and strict adherence to platform compliance standards.
Maintain and refine the operational frameworks at scale. You will be the owner of campaign quality assurance, ensuring precise operations, rigorous link tracking, and efficient feed management.
You will rewrite and restructure content utilizing persuasive copywriting techniques, strong hooks, and SEO best practices to maximize click-through-rates (CTR) and conversion.
You will monitor daily spend, manage budget allocations, and analyze key performance metrics to identify trends and implement data-backed optimizations that drive cost-efficiency.
Serve as the primary liaison with partnership managers across our global ecosystem of partners. You will manage commercial relationships and act as the coordination point to streamline operations, resolve technical blockers, and ensure optimal service delivery from our media partners.
Ideal requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience in Campaign Management, Ad Operations in a Marketing / Media agency. You have a proven track record of optimizing paid media campaigns, campaign operations, and performance tracking at scale.
You are organized, structured, and detail-oriented. You thrive in managing multiple projects simultaneously. You understand the various technical nuances of digital advertising (tracking, attribution, targeting).
You possess a talent for copywriting. You understand the psychology of conversion and how to write for different audiences. Fluent verbal and written English proficiency is a must for this role.
You can manipulate and interpret complex datasets with ease and translate numbers into actionable insights. You are comfortable formulating budget suggestions based on performance logic.
You are comfortable using various media channels and inventories, and you can quickly adapt to new tools/platforms and changing market dynamics.
You take ownership of your work. You are solution-oriented and capable of working independently to deliver high-quality outcomes.
