Role Overview
As a Customer & Technical Support Operations Intern, you will join our growing Customer Support team to help improve operational excellence and deliver an exceptional customer experience. Your role focuses on supporting internal projects, documentation, reporting, knowledge management, process improvements, and cross functional initiatives that enhance the efficiency of the Customer Support Team.
For this, you will work closely with the Customer & Technical Support, Product, Engineering, Customer Success, Marketing, and Operations teams while gaining hands on experience in a fast growing B2B SaaS environment.
Responsibilities
- Support Customer Support operational projects by assisting with documentation, reporting, process improvements, and strategic initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross functional teams including Customer Support, Product, Engineering, Customer Success, Marketing, and Operations to support ongoing projects.
- Assist with maintaining and improving internal documentation, knowledge base articles, support macros, troubleshooting guides, and training materials.
- Support customer experience initiatives through research, trend analysis, reporting, and operational insights.
- Assist with project coordination by tracking action items, preparing meeting notes, maintaining project documentation, and following up on deliverables.
- Support quality improvement initiatives by reviewing documentation, validating workflows, and identifying opportunities to improve support processes.
- Conduct research, benchmarking, and process analysis to identify opportunities for improving Customer Support operations and customer experience.
- Assist with preparing presentations, reports, dashboards, and internal communications for Customer Support initiatives.
- Support AI, automation, and knowledge management initiatives that improve operational efficiency across the Customer Support organization.
- Respond to customer inquiries via chat, email, and phone in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements
- You must be a Thai national.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Fluent in Thai and proficient in written and spoken English.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and time management skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Passion for technology, customer experience, and solving business challenges.
- Proactive, eager to learn, and able to work independently while collaborating effectively with different teams.
- Experience using Google Workspace or Microsoft Office.
- Experience with Notion, Jira, or project management tools is a plus.
- Familiarity with AI tools, automation, data analysis, or reporting tools is a plus.
