Role Overview
As a key member of the Sales Team, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth through the acquisition of new clients. We seek someone with an entrepreneurial spirit, a consultative approach, and a knack for thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Responsibilities
- Product Demonstrations & Consultative Sales: Deliver personalized product demonstrations and provide strategic guidance by aligning Manatal's solutions with client-specific challenges and business goals.
- Consultative Sales & Account Growth: Develop and execute strategies to win new clients and expand existing accounts through consultative selling, onboarding, and ongoing success management.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Product,and Business Development teams to address client needs and co-create tailored solutions.
- Pipeline Management & Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM, to inform pipeline management, forecasting, and engagement strategies.
- Other Responsibilities: Handle ad hoc tasks as assigned by management to support business objectives.
Requirements
- Experience:
- 10+ years of experience in sales, in enterprise software or technology sales.
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets consistently over the past two quarters.
- Experienced in managing complex stakeholder relationships, including engagement with VP-level executives and above, ideally with Fortune 1000 companies.
- Skills:
- Strong consultative and solution-selling capabilities.
- Proficiency in collaborating with Product teams to translate client needs into actionable product solutions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and sales tools.
- Experience with MEDDIC or other structured sales methodologies is highly preferred.
