About the Role

As a BDR Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving new business acquisition and revenue growth. This is a senior, hands-on position where you will actively engage in closing deals, conducting demos, prospecting high-value accounts, leading a team of BDRs, and developing and executing sales strategies. You will also focus on OKRs, pipeline optimization, and leveraging product/tech knowledge to drive conversions.

This is a sales role for individuals who are passionate about sales and driven to elevate their careers to the next level.

Key Responsibilities

Hands-On Sales Execution

  • Personally prospect, qualify, and engage with high-value accounts, ensuring a mix of strategic outbound efforts.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and discovery calls to showcase Manatal's value proposition.
  • Own the end-to-end sales cycle from initial outreach to closing to account management.
  • Monitor and optimize outreach channels (email, LinkedIn, cold calling, events) for maximum engagement.

Leadership & Strategy

  • Define and execute outbound sales strategies to meet quarterly growth targets.
  • Set OKRs and KPIs for the BDR team, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
  • Train, mentor, and manage a team of BDRs to improve conversion rates and pipeline velocity.
  • Continuously refine lead generation and outreach playbooks based on data-driven insights.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, SalesOps, and Customer Success teams to enhance lead quality and prospecting efficiency.

Process & Optimization

  • Ensure accurate CRM data management and reporting.
  • Implement automation tools and AI-driven insights to improve efficiency in prospecting and lead qualification.
  • Track and analyze outbound performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Stay up to date on industry trends, competitive landscape, and product enhancements to refine messaging.

What You Bring

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, business development, or outbound prospecting.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a leadership or management role, coaching BDRs or SDRs.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and closing deals.
  • Strong experience in building outbound strategies and improving lead-generation processes.
  • Tech-savvy with an understanding of software products and the ability to communicate their value.
  • Experience using HubSpot, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other sales engagement tools.
  • Ability to analyze data, optimize workflows, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus (e.g. Spanish, French, German, Portuguese & Thai).
  • Highly self-motivated, adaptable, and results-driven.
