Mission
We are seeking a detail-oriented and linguistically skilled Product Marketing Intern to support our internationalization efforts, with a specific focus on Spanish-language markets. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and quality of our product marketing materials and localization efforts.
Responsibilities
- Conduct translation and localization reviews across multiple touchpoints, including the company website, product application interfaces, marketing emails, product documentation, and marketing collaterals (e.g., product explainer videos).
- Collaborate with product and marketing teams to validate Spanish translations and ensure linguistic and cultural appropriateness.
- Identify and flag translation inconsistencies or cultural nuances that may impact product messaging.
- Support the creation and adaptation of marketing assets specifically tailored for Spanish-speaking markets.
- Maintain a consistent brand voice and terminology across Spanish-language communications.
- Contribute to localization style guides and glossaries.
- Perform quality assurance checks on translated materials.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, International Business, or a related field.
- Native or near-native proficiency in Spanish.
- Excellent English language skills.
- Strong attention to detail and exceptional proofreading capabilities.
- Familiarity with translation and localization tools (e.g., WeGlot, Localize).
- Basic understanding of marketing principles and product positioning.
- Interest in software or tech product marketing.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
- Fluent in written and spoken English for effective communication and report creation.
