Role Overview Customers are at the center of Manatal, and so are you as our Associate UX/UI Designer. You will collaborate closely with the Lead UX/UI Designer and cross-functional teams to design intuitive, user-friendly experiences that enhance our product's usability and drive customer satisfaction. You will be involved in the entire design process, from research and wireframing to prototyping and user testing, ensuring that our solutions address customer pain points effectively.
Responsibilities Feature Conception
- Develop a deep understanding of customers' pain points and challenges.
- Identify the best solutions to address these challenges.
- Translate concepts into detailed wireframes, prototypes, and design specifications.
- Collaborate with product managers, senior/lead designers, engineers, and other stakeholders to refine and validate designs & their match to the value proposition.
Product Delivery
- Support the Lead UX/UI Designer in executing the feature/design roadmap.
- Ensure high-quality execution of UX/UI components & designs in the development workflow.
- Work closely with developers & QA to ensure accurate design implementation.
- Provide necessary design/feature documentation and assets for smooth development handoff.
Feature Validation & Success
- Gather user feedback and analyze data to measure feature effectiveness.
- Iterate and refine designs based on usability testing and customer insights.
- Continuously optimize the user experience based on data-driven insights.
Requirements
- Must have
- Fluency in English (written and verbal) with strong communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- 1+ years of experience in UX/UI design
- Strong problem-solving skills Ability to independently iterate on designs based on feedback and usability testing.
- Proficiency in Figma, or similar design tools for creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
- Basic understanding of UX principles, usability best practices, and accessibility.
- Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML/CSS) to understand implementation constraints.
- Attention to detail and a proactive, results-driven working style.
Nice to have
- Experience working in a B2B SaaS environment.
- Familiarity with design systems and component-based UI frameworks.
- Knowledge of user research methodologies and data-driven design improvements.
