Responsibilities

• Assist in shortlisting potential candidates from a diverse pool of applicants.
• Post job openings and analyze ad performance.
• Proactively source top talent on LinkedIn and other platforms.
• Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Participate in job fairs and networking events to promote the company and its opportunities.
• Collaborate with the stakeholders i.e. team members and hiring managers to refine job descriptions and hiring criteria. 
• Other tasks assigned by the CEO or Senior HR Manager.

Requirements

• Open to candidates of any nationality.
• Available for a minimum 5-month internship.
• Recent graduates or final-year bachelor's or master's students.
• Previous internship or extracurricular experience is highly preferred.
• Fluent in English.
• Passionate about helping candidates align their career goals with company opportunities.
• Strong storytelling skills to engage candidates effectively.
• Quick learner with a service-oriented mindset.
• Positive and enthusiastic attitude.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems is a plus.
