Lead the hands-on creation of high-quality social content (visual posts, videos, memes, motion graphics, animatics) while building and managing a strategic social media calendar that covers product launches, content amplification, and company culture.
Ideate, strategize, and produce creative content based on Manatals internal activities to showcase our company culture to communities.
Own and coordinate the relationship with Podcasters and Opinion Leaders in the Human Resources and Staffing industries.
Foster deep engagement within the extended community by personally replying to comments, DMs, and tagged posts in a timely manner, and mapping the strongest social voices in our market to ensure Manatal is visible in high-value organic conversations.
Drive operational excellence by leveraging AI and creative tools to scale efficiency while collaborating with Content, Product Marketing, and Demand Gen functions to ensure community fits into broader campaign goals.
Report on metrics monthly and impacts on engagement, awareness lift, and conversion influence, using data to run experiments to improve KPIs.
Ideal requirements:

Experience with AI Ops/LLM tools for content scaling (Midjourney, Gemini, Claude) is a strong plus.
Previous experience in establishing, managing, and scaling a community; previous exposure to the Staffing or HR industries is a strong plus.
Proven ability to partner with internal stakeholders (Content, Demand Generation, Product Marketing, Product, Sales).
