Role Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Broker Support Officer to join our growing offshore team. This role will be responsible for managing and executing a range of administrative mortgage processes that support our Australian operations, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of client communications, file management, and lender follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and send Monthly/yearly mortgage anniversary communications to clients.
  • Perform interest rate reviews and flag opportunities for repricing or refinancing.
  • Complete and manage MyCRM & ApplyOnline (AOL) deal inputs accurately and efficiently.
  • Tag and organize documents in client files according to internal processes.
  • Conduct timely follow-ups with lenders on pending or outstanding documentation.
  • Execute monthly anniversary data pulls from CRM or relevant systems to generate reports and trigger client journeys.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure all tasks are logged and updated in CRM.
  • Collaborate with the onshore team to support workflow improvements and client service excellence.
  • Conduct post-settlement tasks ie post-settlement letters, lender calls, data cross checks
  • Reconciliation of trail books
  • Able to assist on PA tasks in a timely manner
