Role Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Broker Support Officer to join our growing offshore team. This role will be responsible for managing and executing a range of administrative mortgage processes that support our Australian operations, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of client communications, file management, and lender follow-ups.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and send Monthly/yearly mortgage anniversary communications to clients.
- Perform interest rate reviews and flag opportunities for repricing or refinancing.
- Complete and manage MyCRM & ApplyOnline (AOL) deal inputs accurately and efficiently.
- Tag and organize documents in client files according to internal processes.
- Conduct timely follow-ups with lenders on pending or outstanding documentation.
- Execute monthly anniversary data pulls from CRM or relevant systems to generate reports and trigger client journeys.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure all tasks are logged and updated in CRM.
- Collaborate with the onshore team to support workflow improvements and client service excellence.
- Conduct post-settlement tasks ie post-settlement letters, lender calls, data cross checks
- Reconciliation of trail books
- Able to assist on PA tasks in a timely manner
