About the job Senior Drafter
Roles and Responsibilities

Create 2D and 3D structural drawings and models for residential, commercial, and industrial projects.

Work independently to meet planned goals and deadlines within allocated timeframes.

Collaborate with the team during weekly or fortnightly check-ins to review progress and workload distribution.

Prepare structural plans for a variety of clients, ranging from homeowners to corporate and government organizations.

Produce drawings for small-scale projects within short turnaround times (e.g., two weeks).

Contribute to long-term, large-scale projects requiring detailed structural plans over extended timelines.
Required Experience
-
Background in structural drafting or related design work.

Experience handling multiple project types and varying project scales.
Minimum Qualifications

Relevant technical or engineering drafting certification or equivalent experience.

Strong understanding of structural concepts and drawing standards.
A Successful Candidate Must Have

Ability to work independently while seeking guidance when needed.

Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Proficient With

2D and 3D drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, or similar).

Structural drawing and modeling tools.
Experience Advantage

Experience working with Australian building codes or local Riverina region projects.
