Logistics Coordinator
Roles and Responsibilities

Coordinate and monitor inbound and outbound shipments to ensure timely delivery.

Communicate with carriers, suppliers, and internal departments to resolve shipping issues.

Prepare and maintain shipping documentation including bills of lading, invoices, and customs paperwork.

Track shipments and provide status updates to relevant stakeholders.

Optimize transportation routes and methods to reduce cost and improve efficiency.

Ensure compliance with international, federal, and local shipping regulations.

Maintain accurate records in logistics systems (e.g., ERP, TMS).

Assist in inventory management and warehouse coordination as needed.

Support continuous improvement initiatives in logistics and supply chain processes.
Required Experience

Minimum of 2 years experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain coordination.

Experience with shipping procedures, freight terms, and documentation.
Minimum Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).

Proficiency in logistics software such as SAP, Oracle, or TMS platforms.
