Roles and Responsibilities

• Provide trade measures and rated BOQs using CostX software.
• Liaise with subcontractors and suppliers to assess and compare trade quotes.
• Administer tenders and maintain project benchmarking using live project data.
• Update rate libraries and preliminary rates continuously.
• Collaborate with project managers, construction teams, and clients to ensure accurate and competitive cost estimates.
• Promote teamwork, open communication, and a positive work culture across all levels.
• Ensure compliance with all Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) standards and participate in monthly WHS audits.
• Uphold the companys Code of Conduct and ethical standards at all times.

Required Experience

• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in commercial estimating within the Australian market.
• Proven background in multi-residential construction projects.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Construction Management, Construction Technology, Quantity Surveying, Construction Economics, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of pre-contract estimating and project cost control.

Proficient With

• CostX (required)
• Microsoft Excel (required)
• EstimateOne (E1) (preferred)

Experience Advantage

• Experience working with Queensland-based builder/developer projects in Brisbane or the Gold Coast.
• Familiarity with subcontractor market pricing and benchmarking systems.
