Roles and Responsibilities

  • Managing the KPI
  • Updating client details
  • Uploading referral PDFs to client profiles in our PMS
  • Entering client data received via email, chat, or phone into PMS
  • Communicating with patients via email, call and live chats to obtain any missing relevant information, answer their query and relay the information from the psychologist
  • Completing daily operational checklists
  • Ensuring upcoming appointments are booked, rescheduled and cancelled correctly.
  • Communicate with our psychologists in a timely manner

A Successful Candidate Must Have

  • Proven leadership experience
  • Excellent English communication skills
  • Speedy IT/computer skills
  • Great customer service personality
  • The ability to learn and understand Medicare requirements
  • Attention to detail
