Roles and Responsibilities
- Managing the KPI
- Updating client details
- Uploading referral PDFs to client profiles in our PMS
- Entering client data received via email, chat, or phone into PMS
- Communicating with patients via email, call and live chats to obtain any missing relevant information, answer their query and relay the information from the psychologist
- Completing daily operational checklists
- Ensuring upcoming appointments are booked, rescheduled and cancelled correctly.
- Communicate with our psychologists in a timely manner
A Successful Candidate Must Have
- Proven leadership experience
- Excellent English communication skills
- Speedy IT/computer skills
- Great customer service personality
- The ability to learn and understand Medicare requirements
- Attention to detail
