We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Offshore Lead Generation Specialist to join our Retail Network Development team. This role will be responsible for generating qualified franchise candidate leads across Australia and New Zealand for two leading franchise brands: PACK & SEND and Kwik Kopy.

The successful candidate will be a hands-on executor, focused on driving pipeline growth through multi-channel digital marketing campaigns and reporting directly to the Retail Network Development Manager.

Key Responsibilities & Deliverables

This role requires a dedicated focus, with an initial brand split of 60% PACK & SEND (PS) and 40% Kwik Kopy (KK), subject to change based on business priorities.

1. Multi-Channel Campaign Execution

  • Paid Digital Advertising: Execute and monitor campaigns across Google Ads and Social Media (Meta) platforms to generate high-quality franchise inquiries.

  • Email Marketing & Nurturing: Manage the full cycle of email campaigns, from segment selection and deployment (HubSpot) to performance analysis, focusing on lead nurturing and conversion.

  • LinkedIn Outreach: Execute targeted, professional outreach strategies on LinkedIn to connect with and qualify potential franchise candidates.

  • SEO/Content Promotion: Coordinate with the marketing department to promote content (blog posts, articles) for maximum lead visibility and organic traffic.

  • Be responsible for the editorial calendar organisation across paid and organic channels.

  • Webinar Promotion: Execute marketing plans to drive registrations and attendance for online information sessions and webinars.

2. Coordination and Content Support

  • Act as a key liaison between the Network Development team and the internal Marketing department for both PS and KK.

  • Participate in the planning and coordinate the delivery of marketing materials required for campaigns, including drafting initial email copy, landing page text, and social media posts, if needed.

3. Reporting, Analysis & Tools Management The Opportunity: Drive Network Growth (PACK & SEND / Kwik Kopy)

  • Provide weekly performance reports on Email Marketing (EDM) and LinkedIn Outreach activities.

  • Provide bi-weekly performance reports on Paid Digital Ads (Google and Social/Meta). Utilize Google Analytics to monitor website performance, campaign effectiveness, and identify opportunities for optimization.

  • Ensure all campaigns are executed against a pre-approved advertising spend, focusing on efficiency and achieving target CPL (Cost Per Lead) and CPA (Cost Per Acquisition) goals. Essential Skills and Experience

  • Experience Level: Proven experience as a Specialist or similar role in B2B or Franchise lead generation.

  • Language: Complete professional fluency in English (written and verbal).

  • Technical Proficiency (Non-Negotiable):
    • HubSpot

    • Google Analytics and Google Ads platform management.

    • Familiarity with WordPress

    • Experience using simple graphic design tools like Canva for asset adaptation.

  • Digital Marketing Acumen: Demonstrated success in executing campaigns across multiple channels (Paid Search/Social, Email, LinkedIn).

Reporting & Communication

  • Reports To: Retail Network Development Manager.

  • Communication: Daily check-ins and communication via email and chat/messaging platforms. The role requires active participation in 1:1 meetings and staff meetings with the core team.
