Video Editor and Motion Graphics Specialist

About the Role

We are looking for a mid-level Video Editor & Motion Graphics Specialist to handle day-to-day video editing and simple motion graphics for marketing, social media, events, and internal projects. This role replaces our current video editor and covers the same scope of work.

You will work mostly independently in a fast-paced environment, collaborating closely with internal teams and occasionally with clients. While there is no people management involved, you will be expected to make solid creative decisions and provide creative direction when needed.

Key Responsibilities

Edit videos for:

• Marketing and advertising
• Social media content
• Events
• Internal projects
• Add motion graphics, text, and visual elements as required
• Ensure videos are clear, engaging, and aligned with brand guidelines
• Review raw footage and select the best shots for final output
• Manage multiple video projects with tight deadlines
• Communicate directly with internal teams and clients to confirm requirements
• Occasionally guide photographers/videographers on:
• Shot style
• Angles
• Coverage
• (especially when footage will be used for specific edits)
• Balance speed and quality in daily deliverables

How You'll Work:

• Work mostly independently with minimal supervision
• Regularly collaborate with the broader team
• Operate in a fast-paced environment with ongoing video requests
• No direct people management, but may provide creative direction when needed
• Required Experience & Skills:
• Solid experience in video editing and motion graphics
• Hands-on experience working on real client and business projects
• Understanding of basic branding and marketing objectives
• Ability to make good creative decisions without constant approval
• Strong communication skills for working with clients and internal stakeholders
