About the Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and driven Executive Sourcing Specialist to support the delivery of executive search assignments. In this role, you will identify and engage top-level talent through multiple sourcing channels, manage candidate pipelines, and prepare reports for clients

Key Responsibilities:

Candidate Research & Identification

  • Source and identify potential candidates using AI, Google, LinkedIn, company websites, and industry platforms.
  • Build and maintain accurate candidate pipelines for ongoing and future searches.

Communication & Outreach

  • Draft and send professional approaches (email, InMail) to candidates in consultation with senior colleagues.
  • Maintain timely and professional communication with candidates and internal stakeholders.

Database & Records Management

  • Enter and maintain candidate and client records in the firm’s ATS (Invenias or similar).
  • Generate reports and ensure compliance with data integrity and confidentiality standards.

Scheduling & Administrative Support

  • Coordinate interview scheduling, meetings, and follow-ups.
  • Prepare candidate and client documents (reports, spreadsheets, templates).

Continuous Improvement & Team Development

  • Contribute to the refinement of sourcing and reporting processes.
  • Take an active role in mentoring new team members and sharing best practices.
  • Grow into a leadership position, helping to scale and inspire the team.

Skills & Attributes

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Strong IT proficiency (Microsoft Office, LinkedIn, online research tools)
  • Detail-oriented, organised, and able to manage multiple priorities
  • Proactive, motivated, and reliable, with strong accountability
  • Leadership potential and interest in mentoring others

Experience & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree (Business, HR, or related field preferred)
  • 5+ years of experience in executive search, recruitment, HR, or sourcing (essential)
  • Skilled in using LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms (Invenias or similar), and MS Office
  • Proven ability to produce high-quality candidate reports and presentations
  • Experience using graphics software for candidate/shortlist reports (desirable)
