About the Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and driven Executive Sourcing Specialist to support the delivery of executive search assignments. In this role, you will identify and engage top-level talent through multiple sourcing channels, manage candidate pipelines, and prepare reports for clients

Key Responsibilities:
Candidate Research & Identification
- Source and identify potential candidates using AI, Google, LinkedIn, company websites, and industry platforms.
- Build and maintain accurate candidate pipelines for ongoing and future searches.
Communication & Outreach
- Draft and send professional approaches (email, InMail) to candidates in consultation with senior colleagues.
- Maintain timely and professional communication with candidates and internal stakeholders.
Database & Records Management
- Enter and maintain candidate and client records in the firm’s ATS (Invenias or similar).
- Generate reports and ensure compliance with data integrity and confidentiality standards.
Scheduling & Administrative Support
- Coordinate interview scheduling, meetings, and follow-ups.
- Prepare candidate and client documents (reports, spreadsheets, templates).
Continuous Improvement & Team Development
- Contribute to the refinement of sourcing and reporting processes.
- Take an active role in mentoring new team members and sharing best practices.
- Grow into a leadership position, helping to scale and inspire the team.
Skills & Attributes
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Strong IT proficiency (Microsoft Office, LinkedIn, online research tools)
- Detail-oriented, organised, and able to manage multiple priorities
- Proactive, motivated, and reliable, with strong accountability
- Leadership potential and interest in mentoring others
Experience & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (Business, HR, or related field preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in executive search, recruitment, HR, or sourcing (essential)
- Skilled in using LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms (Invenias or similar), and MS Office
- Proven ability to produce high-quality candidate reports and presentations
- Experience using graphics software for candidate/shortlist reports (desirable)
