The Role
The Finance Operations Assistant plays a vital role in supporting the finance team by ensuring smooth execution of key financial processes and administrative tasks. This position requires attention to detail, organisational skills, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Support in partner financing processes
- Support in initiatives and activities to maintain and improve finance culture
- Credit card maintenance
- Mail distribution
- Support of finance operations key processes
- Supporting the Chief Financial Officer and Finance Operations Manager
- Travel bookings for team
- Credit admin support
- Trust accounting back up
Skills/Attributes Required:
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a team-oriented environment
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a customer-focused approach
- High attention to detail and commitment to maintaining confidentiality
- Organised and proactive, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Eagerness to learn and adapt in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Problem-solving mindset and willingness to contribute to continuous improvement
Qualifications and Experience required:
- Bachelors degree in accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Relevant qualifications in finance or business administration are advantageous but not essential

Work Set Up:
