The Role
We are seeking motivated Junior Analysts to join our offshore Data & Operations Support team. The role provides essential support to our London-based Investment Research team and Data team. Successful candidates will gain exposure to the investment management industry while developing strong technical and operational skills in data handling, reporting, and process improvement.
Key Responsibilities
Investment Research Support
Prepare and format investment reports, client meeting materials, and presentation decks to a high professional standard.
Assist in report building for research outputs ensuring consistency, accuracy, and presentation quality.
Maintain and update CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce) and investment databases by removing duplicates, verifying contacts, and ensuring data integrity.
Support AI model training by organizing, cleaning, and formatting historical investment data for ingestion into structured databases.
Data Capture & Quality Control
Manually input investment fund and manager data into proprietary company databases.
Perform data validation and quality checks to ensure accuracy and consistency.
Liaise with the London Data team to resolve data discrepancies and update records promptly.
Contribute to process improvements to enhance data capture efficiency and accuracy.
Key competencies and requirements
Bachelors degree (preferred) or equivalent practical experience.
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint;
Familiarity with UpSlide is an advantage.
High attention to detail with strong numerical and data-handling skills.
Excellent written and spoken English.
Ability to follow structured processes and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Strong work ethic and willingness to learn about investments, research processes, and AI data applications.
Desirable Skills
Prior experience with Salesforce CRM or similar platforms.
Exposure to financial or investment data handling.
Familiarity with structured/unstructured data preparation for analytics or AI models.

Work Set Up:
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 12:00 pm - 8:00 pm, PH Time
Manila-based role, starting fully remote with occasional meetups
Will shift to a hybrid setup (minimum 3 days onsite per week) once the office is established
