About the job Executive Assistant
Roles and Responsibilities
- Provide high-level executive and operational support to the Senior Manager, ensuring focus on key business priorities and achievement of objectives and KPIs.
- Manage complex calendars, meetings, and travel arrangements, ensuring efficiency and seamless coordination.
- Handle email correspondence, prioritisation of calls, and communication follow-ups to maintain smooth operations.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and ensure proper distribution of key updates.
- Support project reporting, financial tracking, and document management to meet internal deadlines.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
Required Experience
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in executive or senior administrative support, preferably within a corporate or construction environment.
- Experience in managing multiple priorities and coordinating projects in a fast-paced, high-volume setting.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Proven background in handling senior-level administrative or operational functions.
A Successful Candidate Must Have
- Excellent communication, organisational, and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and proactive mindset.
Proficient With
- Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, OneNote).
- Jobpac, Procore, or similar project and financial management systems.
Experience Advantage
- Experience supporting Australian or international executives.
- Familiarity with project reporting, cashflow monitoring, and tender coordination.
