Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop the weekly roster schedule: establish and manage tasks and deadlines for the roster, ensuring clear timelines are set.

  • Adhere to rostering principles: ensure all activities comply with skilled staff requirements and relevant regulatory frameworks.

  • Implement the approved roster effectively and manage all shifts as planned.

  • Ensure completion of all rostered tasks and deadlines for designated sites within scope of responsibility.

  • Backfill annual and personal leave: develop contingency plans for holiday and sick leave to ensure consistent delivery of services.

  • Maintain exceptional customer service: foster positive relationships with clients, clinicians, and staff; ensure enquiries are acknowledged same day and addressed within 24 hours.

  • Foster positive communication with the allied health team: maintain professional and supportive interactions to contribute to a collaborative work culture.

  • Verify shift accuracy and timeliness: review all shifts for accuracy and ensure publication by end of business each Friday.

  • Complete weekly hours and reporting accurately and on time.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance client and staff satisfaction.

  • Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities in all aspects of operations.

  • Work collaboratively to maintain a cohesive, engaged, and efficient administration team.

  • Complete all directed learning activities as required.
