About the job HR Specialist/Generalist
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and versatile HR Specialist to join our team. The HR Specialist will be responsible for managing various HR functions and providing support to employees and management across the organization. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of HR best practices, and labor laws, and exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Job Responsibilities:
· Responsible for the recruitment and selection process, including job posting, resume screening, interviewing, and candidate selection.
· Conduct new employee onboarding, including orientation, paperwork completion, and benefits enrollment.
· Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding HR policies, procedures, and general inquiries.
· Address employee concerns and guide employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance improvement plans.
· Develop, update, and communicate HR policies, procedures, and employee handbook.
· Administer employee benefits programs, including enrollment, changes, and inquiries.
· Assist in compensation analysis, job evaluations, and make recommendations for salary adjustments.
· Assist in the employee performance management processes, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and career development plans.
· Maintain accurate employee records and HRIS data, generate HR reports, and ensure data confidentiality.
· Stay updated on employment laws and regulations and ensure compliance with legal requirements.
· Collaborate with legal counsel on HR-related matters, including employee grievances, claims, and audits.
- Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- +3 years of experience as an HR Specialist or similar role.
- Good Experience in Recruitment, Personnel &Payroll.
- Solid Experience in Hiring Digital Marketing & Tech Positions.
- Digital Marketing Agencies Background is preferred.
- Startup Background will add a great value.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
- Ability to build strong relationships with employees at all levels of the organization.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and MS Office Suite.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
