Job Summary:
We are looking for an enthusiastic People & Culture Specialist to support our HR and culture initiatives, creating an environment where employees feel valued and engaged. This role is responsible for enhancing the employee experience, promoting a positive workplace culture, and supporting the organizations people strategy. The ideal candidate will be proactive, approachable, and passionate about employee well-being, engagement, and cultural alignment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, plan, and execute employee engagement programs and activities that foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
- Conduct regular feedback sessions, surveys, and focus groups to understand employee sentiment and drive improvements.
- Coordinate onboarding processes, ensuring new hires have a welcoming and supportive experience and are aligned with the company's culture.
- Support managers and employees with resources to help enhance engagement and improve team dynamics.
- Work closely with leadership to define, promote, and reinforce the company's values, mission, and cultural initiatives.
- Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives and contribute to an environment where all employees feel respected and valued.
- Organize and facilitate cultural events, team-building activities, and recognition programs that celebrate employee achievements and milestones.
- Identify training and development needs, assisting in the creation and implementation of learning programs that align with organizational goals.
- Partner with the HR team to facilitate workshops, seminars, and development sessions aimed at personal and professional growth.
- Track and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, gathering feedback and adjusting as needed.
- Provide support for HR projects, including performance management, policy updates, and employee relations matters.
- Maintain accurate records in HR systems and support data collection for HR metrics and reports.
- Promote employee well-being through the development of mental health, wellness, and work-life balance programs.
- Identify and address well-being needs across the organization, making recommendations to improve employee satisfaction and retention.
- Serve as a trusted resource for employees, offering guidance and support on well-being topics.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in human resources, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience as a People & Culture Specialist, or related roles.
- Strongly preferred to have Digital marketing agency or SAAS background.
- Post graduate studies (HR Diploma, Certificate, etc.) is highly preferred.
- Experience with employee engagement, culture building, or wellness programs is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with employees at all levels.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with HR software (HRIS) is preferred.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion.

- Creativity and innovation in developing engagement and culture programs.
- Strong problem-solving skills and proactive thinking.
- High level of adaptability and a positive attitude.
