UI/UX Designer

Job Summary:

We are looking for a talented UI/UX Designer with 2+ years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in crafting intuitive, engaging, and visually appealing user interfaces and experiences for web and mobile applications. You will collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to bring innovative ideas to life.

Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct user research, interviews, and surveys to gather qualitative and quantitative insights.
• Analyse user behaviours, needs, and pain points to design solutions backed by data and research.
• Develop user personas, journey maps, and scenarios to inform design decisions.
• Design user-friendly interfaces and experiences for digital products (web, mobile apps, etc.).
• Create wireframes, mock-ups, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
• Iterate on designs based on feedback, testing, and user insights.
• Build interactive prototypes using tools like Invision, Marvel, or similar platforms.
• Conduct usability testing to validate designs and improve user experiences.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and stakeholders, to ensure design feasibility.
• Maintain effective communication to explain design decisions and align project goals.
• Collaborate in an agile, fast-paced environment with quick turnaround times.
• Stay updated with design trends, tools, and best practices.
• Maintain a strong focus on problem-solving and attention to detail to deliver polished designs.

Job Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in design or related fields.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience in UI/UX design for web and mobile applications.
• Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
• Experience with prototyping tools such as Invision, Marvel, or equivalents.
• Basic understanding of front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to articulate design concepts and decisions clearly.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative and fast-paced agile environment.
• Passionate about user-cantered design and creating impactful digital experiences.
• Proactive mindset with a drive to learn and improve continuously.
• A portfolio showcasing strong design skills, including wireframes, prototypes, and final designs.
