Job Responsibilities:

  • Monitor vacancies & ensure they are adequately filled within the Talent Acquisition KPIs of vacancy rate duration of hiring & caliber hired.
  • Monitor incoming resumes through different sources, screening & classify the CVs according to Specialization, Experience, etc.
  • Communicating with other departments, employees, applicants, administrators, and staff provide information and assistance regarding recruitment, probation period, transfers.
  • Advises the company for decisions to participate in employment fairs events, attend & represent the company in such targeted fairs, giving applicants information on the company & the vacancies as well as career paths in the company.
  • Ensure timely and cost-effective fulfillment of all assigned requisitions with quality talent.
  • Handling all Talent Acquisitions reports.
  • Assess and evolve organizational structures to support strategic growth.
  • Develop & update Job Description & Organization Chart regularly.
  • Conduct exit interviews with resigned employees to discuss and analyze resignation reasons and Retaining Employees.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or any relevant 
  • +3 years of experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist.
  • Experience with Hiring Tech/IT Positions.
  • Start-up experience preferred.
  • Very Good / Excellent command of English.
  • Familiar with a wide variety of sourcing tools and platforms
    Working knowledge of interview techniques and applicant screening methods.
  • Hands-on experience in attracting top talent using social media marketing and other creative channels and techniques.
  • Ability to multitask with a focus on time and quality.
  • Good reporting skills and ability to use MS Office applications (Excel PowerPoint...etc.) effectively.
