Objective of the Position:
The Performance Media Buying Team Leader is responsible for leading and guiding the media buying team, focusing on driving ecommerce sales through optimal media purchase strategies across various digital platforms.
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of media buyers to ensure they achieve KPIs.
Organize training sessions to improve team’s knowledge on the latest media buying strategies, tools, and trends.
Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback.
Develop and execute performance-driven media buying strategies across platforms such as Facebook, Google Ads, Instagram, Pinterest, TikTok, and other relevant channels.
Optimize the media mix for ecommerce campaigns to ensure maximum ROI.
Identify new media buying opportunities and emerging platforms for expansion.
Develop and execute performance-driven media buying strategies across platforms such as Facebook, Google Ads, Instagram, Pinterest, TikTok, and other relevant channels.

Build and maintain relationships with media platforms and vendors.
Negotiate media buying rates and contracts to get the best value for the agency and its clients.
Prepare and present regular performance reports to senior management and clients.
Use advanced analytics tools to derive insights from campaign data.
Keep up-to-date with the latest developments in the digital marketing landscape.
Attend industry conferences, webinars, and workshops.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Marketing or related field.
- 5+ years of Experience as a Performance Media Buyer.
- At least 1 year of experience as a Performance Team Lead.
- Experience in E-Commerce is a Must.
- Must have a Portfolio
- Experience developing social media marketing strategies.
- Experience managing ad accounts with more than 100K/monthly ad spend.
- Experience working with and developing a marketing plan.
- Ability to measure the success of campaigns.
- Highly organized and prepared.
- Maintain a deep understanding of the brand's business goals and marketing objectives, translating them into digital objectives/strategies.
- Superb communication and time management skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Digitally savvy and interested in the digital marketing industry and technologies, i.e. latest Pinterest advancement.
- Experience with copywriting and performance creatives creation is a HUGE PLUS.
