Junior Recruiter

Job Description:

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Junior Recruiter to join our talent acquisition team. You will assist in the full recruitment cycle and play a key role in building a strong talent pipeline.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for finding suitable candidates using sourcing platforms or headhunting if needed.
• Post job ads on job sites and social media.
• Screen resumes and select suitable candidates for the role.
• Conduct phone screenings to select shortlisted candidates.
• Sharing a batch of shortlisted candidates' CVs with the hiring manager for review.
• Interview candidates to assess their qualifications and fit for the role.
• Onboard new hires.
• Prepare and update recruitment reports to track progress and outcomes.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in any relevant field.
• 6 months to 1 year of experience in recruitment or HR.
• HR Diploma or certification is a strong plus.
• Familiar with sourcing tools and recruitment platforms.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Able to work effectively as part of a team to achieve a common goal.
