Job Responsibilities & Duties: 

  • Lead a Team of the  Account Executives.
  • Provide end-to-end project management.
  • Scope project requirements and prepare budgets.
  • Aligning clients' digital marketing strategies with overall business goals.
  • Developing detailed designs, plans, and monitoring progress as well as writing up reports.
  • Up sell the current clients' packs.
  • Establishing good relationships with clients and other professionals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to design, develop and implement clients' digital projects.
  • Deliver projects on time ensuring quality standards are met.
  • Develop support documentation including risk logs and requirement specifications.
  • Generate weekly - monthly reports.
  • Convince and negotiate with the clients.
  • Communicate with the team and clients and ensure all members are on board with delegated tasks.
  • Highlight potential risks or malfunctions and act proactively to resolve issues.
  • Seek opportunities for improvement and suggest new projects.


Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree in Business Administration or any relevant.
  • 2+ years of experience in Account Management, preferably experience as a Senior Account Manager role.
  • Digital agency background is a Must.
  • Has knowledge of performance marketing and SEO.
  • Solid technical background with ROAS, Performance Marketing, Media Buying.
  • Dealing with different dashboards (Meta - GA4 - Google ADS - Snap chat) is preferred.
  • Proficiency in marketing tools and software, such as CRM systems and project management platforms.
  • Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Excellent organization and time management skills.
  • Communication and team management skills.
