BASIC FUNCTIONS:
- Inbound Customer Service
- Minor Outbound (only if necessary based on Inbound tasks)
- Minimal Email Responses (Client Facing)
- Minimal Chat Responses (Soc.Med Platform)
- Minor Cross/Upsell requirement
KEY RESULT AREAS:
- Average Handling Time
- Quality
- CSAT Customer Satisfaction
COMPETENCIES NEEDED:
- Speaks well, ability to build rapport.
- Articulate and Comprehensible
- Must be willing to work in a high call volume environment.
- High Customer Service Acumen
- Empathic and Great Comms
- Spontaneous and conversant.
- Preferably with minor Sales Background
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must complete SHS or Atleast 72 units of Tertiary
- Minimum of 1.5Yr of Customer Service Background
- Minor Sales Background
- Versed on Microsoft and Google Applications (google Workspace)
- Computer Literate
