  • Minor Cross/Upsell requirement

COMPETENCIES NEEDED:

  • Speaks well, ability to build rapport.
  • Articulate and Comprehensible
  • Must be willing to work in a high call volume environment.
  • High Customer Service Acumen
  • Empathic and Great Comms
  • Spontaneous and conversant.
  • Preferably with minor Sales Background

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Must complete SHS or Atleast 72 units of Tertiary
  • Minimum of 1.5Yr of Customer Service Background
  • Minor Sales Background
  • Versed on Microsoft and Google Applications (google Workspace)
  • Computer Literate
