- Ability to multitask, should be flexible, knows basic keyboard shortcuts.
- Average to excellent typing skills and internet savvy.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- CSR experience for at least 2 years
- Average to excellent oral and written skills
- Knowledgeable when it comes to MS Office specially Excel
- Conversational, persistent and with high enthusiasm level
