BASIC FUNCTIONS:
- Agents will take inbound calls, Customer Service. Includes, but not limited to: Basic inquiries, cancellations, dispatching, etc.
- Multitask performing outbound call to look for riders and drivers.
KEY RESULT AREAS:
AHT, ASA, QA, Answer Rate
COMPETENCIES NEEDED:
- Speaks very well, Neutral accent
- Good comprehension
- Can work under pressure.
- Must be willing to work in a high call volume environment.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience in Dispatching is not required but a plus.
- Spontaneous and conversant.
- Agents will have a script to follow but must be able to carry a conversation.
