BASIC FUNCTIONS:

  • Agents will take inbound calls, Customer Service. Includes, but not limited to: Basic inquiries, cancellations, dispatching, etc.
  • Multitask performing outbound call to look for riders and drivers.

KEY RESULT AREAS:

AHT, ASA, QA, Answer Rate

COMPETENCIES NEEDED:

  • Speaks very well, Neutral accent
  • Good comprehension
  • Can work under pressure.
  • Must be willing to work in a high call volume environment.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience in Dispatching is not required but a plus.
  • Spontaneous and conversant.
  • Agents will have a script to follow but must be able to carry a conversation.
