BASIC FUNCTIONS:

  • Receives, processes and submits home care clinical therapy documents in a timely manner
  • Reviews all documents for accuracy and completeness
  • Follows up via phone/email with therapy providers regarding missing documents and corrections
  • Provide education to providers as needed regarding documentation
  • Submits needed documents to Home Care agencies when requested
  • Processes invoices to Home Care agencies
  • Provides coverage for other members of the home care team as needed
  • Provides other related duties as assigned and requested
