BASIC FUNCTIONS:
- Will be responsible to resolve queries of the customers through email and chat within the assigned TAT
- Manage and take ownership of the resolution process for all customer-related issues
QUALIFICATIONS:
- With 6mos 2 years non-voice customer service experience (chat and email)
- Analytical skills are required
- Able to do data analysis and has good reading comprehension
- Keen attention to details
- Good Typing Skills and sentence construction
- Must be able to prioritize and complete all job duty requirements
- Willing to work in any schedule
- Voice experience is not required
