BASIC FUNCTIONS:

  • Will be responsible to resolve queries of the customers through email and chat within the assigned TAT
  • Manage and take ownership of the resolution process for all customer-related issues

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • With 6mos 2 years non-voice customer service experience (chat and email)
  • Analytical skills are required
  • Able to do data analysis and has good reading comprehension
  • Keen attention to details
  • Good Typing Skills and sentence construction
  • Must be able to prioritize and complete all job duty requirements
  • Willing to work in any schedule
  • Voice experience is not required
