Position Summary:

As the Senior Recruiter will work with the company's hiring managers on an ongoing basis to proactively identify future hiring needs. You will search for candidates via various sources, such as job boards, social media networks, employee referrals, cold calling, etc. and successfully guide the ones that best fit the company's needs through the recruitment process.

As the Senior Recruiter, you will guide and supervise another recruiter and eventually grow the team. Ultimately, the responsibilities of the Recruiter are to ensure our company attract hires and retains the best employees, while growing a strong talent pipeline.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Responsible to develop and implement Recruitment strategies and systems (including but not limited to) such as career page development, digital, social recruitment, talent acquisition analysis and professional networking
  • Design recruitment marketing materials for social media posting.
  • Coordinate with the hiring managers to discuss monthly recruitment requisitions
  • Develops and leads recruitment projects
  • Advise hiring managers and recruitment team on recruitment policies and procedures
  • Identify current and prospective staffing requirements, prepare and post notices and advertisements, and collect and screen applications
  • Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
  • Prepare and post jobs to appropriate job boards/newspapers/college career centers, etc.
  • Monitors market trends regarding sourcing and recruitment of viable candidates in line with our requisition
  • Monitors budgets and ads posting for Indeed and other sourcing platforms used
  • Weekly and monthly meeting to discuss requirement challenges
  • Act as Talent Acquisition led to a team of recruiters.
  • Leads and conducts recruitment activities including but not limited to; sourcing, resume assessment, interviews
  • Works closely with hiring Managers for Monthly Requisitions to ensure the company is satisfied with the candidates they produce
  • Diligently pursue deep understanding of all aspects of the company and industry
  • Promote the company's reputation and benefits
  • Ensure required screening protocols, reports and/or documentation are completed

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Human resources, full cycle recruiting experience
  • Recruitment Market and Strategy
  • Experience or knowledge of the health care/therapy industry
  • Experience with job boards like LinkedIn, indeed, etc 
  • Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems (excel)
  • Technologically proficient
