BASIC FUNCTIONS:
- Agents will do outbound COLD calls to small businesses regularly who could be interested for an equipment financing in the next 90-120 days.
- Agents will look for the DM which is included in the Database
- Agents need to update the list if DM on our contact list left the company or moved to a different department.
- Agents then needs to verify the DM if they are qualified for the financing or leasing.
KEY RESULT AREAS:
- Clients worked with a different BPO before and they have not met the requirements of an average of 2 hot leads per day per agent.
- The target company must be more than 24 months operational.
- Companys sweet spot for financing is between $10k-200k.
COMPETENCIES NEEDED:
- Professionally mature since they may need to build relationship for repeat customers.
- Agents to quickly learn the script and the specifics between hot, warm and prospect leads.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 2 years of experience in hard sales campaigns.
- Excellent comms skills. Level 4.
- Spontaneous and conversant
- They will begin with scripts but should be able to deviate if needed.
