BASIC FUNCTIONS:
- Agents will take inbound calls, Customer Service.
- Multitask performing Email Support and Social
- Media support as well.
- KEY RESULT AREAS:
- AHT, Response time, FCR
COMPETENCIES NEEDED:
- Speaks well, Neutral accent
- Can work under pressure.
- Must be willing to work in a high productivity environment.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Spontaneous and conversant.
- Agents that has multitasking experience is preferred.
- Must be willing to work in a high call volume environment.
SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS:
- N/A
- SHIFT/WORK SCHEDULE:
- Monday to Sunday 9pm-6am
- Eventually to cover a wider range of operational
