BASIC FUNCTIONS:

  • Agents will take inbound calls, Customer Service.
  • Multitask performing Email Support and Social
  • Media support as well.
  • KEY RESULT AREAS:
  • AHT, Response time, FCR

COMPETENCIES NEEDED:

  • Speaks well, Neutral accent
  • Can work under pressure.
  • Must be willing to work in a high productivity  environment.

 QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Spontaneous and conversant.
  • Agents that has multitasking experience is preferred.
  • Must be willing to work in a high call volume environment.

  • Monday to Sunday 9pm-6am
