About the job SA3 - Outbound Sales Agent - 22.01

BASIC FUNCTIONS:

  • Agents will do outbound COLD calls to the Site Owners of Cell Tower in the US, doing warm transfers and appointment setting B2C and B2B Lead generation.
  • Agents need to find out about the company and site owner and get to talk to the decision makers such us mayors, city managers, pastors, property managers, brokers, etc.

  • Lead/day

COMPETENCIES NEEDED:

  • Speaks well, has a neutral accent, and ability to build rapport.
  • Can work under pressure.
  • Must be willing to work in a high call volume environment.
  • Professionally mature since it requires a methodical process, and it takes time to close.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Can hold a conversation and know how to ask questions.
  • The preference is for agents with at least 2 years of experience on the phone and with knowledge of using Salesforce.
  • Has worked in the BPO handling international campaigns/accounts where the English language is the mode of conversation
