- Spontaneous and conversant.
- Agents will have a script to follow but must
- be able to carry a conversation and get back to the script.
- Must be willing to work in a high call volume environment.
- Preferably with both Sales and CS Background
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Atleast completed 72units on Tertiary Level or
- Completed SR. highschool
- Understand basic computer navigation
- Versed on using soft phone
- With Sales and Outbound Cold Calling Exp of atleast 1yr
- Knows how to use Microsoft office tools
