BASIC FUNCTIONS:

Audit image quality of the government ID.

ID verification, essentially, there are three (3) main buckets: 

a. Image assessment assess photo image quality

b. ID assessment compare ID to known peer IDs

c. Fraud rules perform defined fraud rules (you shared several examples here indicated in your slides presentation.)

KEY RESULT AREAS:

  • Attendance
  • QA

COMPETENCIES NEEDED:

  • Ideally, we need to look for agents who is very keen to details.
  • The work is not technically difficult but does require the ability to work with the highest of quality and can follow a set of guidelines that will be provided.
  • Preferably, have had some exposure to some areas of fraud identification.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 6 months to 2 years tenure period
  • Detail Oriented
  • Reliable and honest
  • Preferably with experience in fraud identification. (But not required)
