BASIC FUNCTIONS:
Team Buffer will be trained to all LOB's of the account. Will be the go-to person if someone is out for work.
Recruitment Coordinator - doing sourcing and forward viable candidates for School, Home Care and Skilled Nursing Facility
HR Coordinator - process and facilitate documents needed for onboarding requirements
School Placement Coordinator - assign provider for school caseload, open school in system and coordinate with the School and NYC DOE.
Administrative Assistant - assisting with documentation for School.
Document Coordinator - back office. Attachment of documents.
KEY RESULT AREAS:
2 candidates per job order or 10 per week or 40 per month
21 viable candidates per month
DC 60 notes attachment per hour.
HR, SPC and AA to be discussed

QUALIFICATIONS:
Human resources, full cycle recruiting experience
Experience or knowledge of the health care/therapy industry
Experience with job boards like LinkedIn, Indeed, etc
Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems (excel)
Technologically proficient
