BASIC FUNCTIONS:

Team Buffer will be trained to all LOB's of the account. Will be the go-to person if someone is out for work.

  • Recruitment Coordinator - doing sourcing and forward viable candidates for School, Home Care and Skilled Nursing Facility

  • HR Coordinator - process and facilitate documents needed for onboarding requirements

  • School Placement Coordinator - assign provider for school caseload, open school in system and coordinate with the School and NYC DOE.

  • Administrative Assistant - assisting with documentation for School.

  • Document Coordinator - back office. Attachment of documents.

KEY RESULT AREAS:

  • 2 candidates per job order or 10 per week or 40 per month

  • 21 viable candidates per month

  • DC 60 notes attachment per hour.

  • HR, SPC and AA to be discussed

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Human resources, full cycle recruiting experience

  • Experience or knowledge of the health care/therapy industry

  • Experience with job boards like LinkedIn, Indeed, etc

  • Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems (excel)

  • Technologically proficient
